Chuck is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) graduate student Intern in his final year at North Central University (COAMFTE Accredited). He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in 1996. Chuck specializes in couples therapy (pre-marital and marital), family therapy, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss plus issues concerning the inevitable adjustments to life.
Chuck’s theoretical emphasis is integrative with a focus towards a Solution-focused perspective with certain interventions which display intergenerational aspects and attachment styles. Essentially, the past cannot be changed making the future important. However, we need to understand our past in order to set realistic goals for our future.
He is a Maryland native who enjoys his free time riding his bicycle, snowboarding, being outside, or spending quality time with his family. He is non-judgmental, understanding, and genuinely desires to help others with navigating through life as his many life experiences directly translate into his therapeutic style.
