Starting Wednesday, July 1, 2020, CCA is offering our clients in-person therapy sessions again, along with TeleTherapy sessions, using Zoom videoconferencing services, which are private and HIPAA compliant. CCA has followed the CDC recommendations for us opening the office to in-person therapy again. We are asking all clients to text our office from the parking lot when they arrive. Once clients are given permission to come to the office, we ask you to push the intercom button outside the suite 102 door to gain access to our lobby, where a staff person will ask you some questions about your health and take your temperature before you may enter the main office space.
We have a cleaning crew who is deep cleaning the entire office once a week, while each therapist is wiping down all surfaces between clients in the therapy rooms. Each client MUST WEAR A MASK COVERING THEIR NOSE AND MOUTH AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN OUR OFFICES. We have installed sneeze guards at the front desk to protect everyone. Our entire staff will wear face masks also.
The offices will be open from Monday through Friday 12pm to 6pm for electronic communications. After hours, the answering service will continue to take your calls.
At no time will clinical services be suspended. All our efforts are being directed toward continuity of care. Requests for Telehealth consent forms will be upload via the patient portal.
We anticipate there will be glitches that arise as we all adapt to these new procedures for in-person and Teletherapy sessions. The CCA Coronavirus Response Team is closely monitoring the situation and will make adjustments as needed.
