kWilliamsKenneth Williams’ Graduate degree is from the University of Maryland and his Undergraduate degree is from Wheaton College. He has worked in a public school system and has served on the staff of the Institute of Marriage and Family Relations. He works with adults, adolescents and couples, and has done individual, marriage and family counseling since 1978.

Mr. Williams is licensed in Maryland as a Clinical Professional Counselor and as a Counselor Supervisor. He has taught classes in parenting and in couple communication, and has spoken and presented seminars in Japan, Germany, Serbia and Austria. He approaches his work with clients from a cognitive/psychodynamic perspective as well as a Biblical perspective which has grown deeper during his years of counseling practice. He also seeks to bring a practical problem-solving focus into his work with clients. Feedback describes him as stable, grounded, patient, able to listen carefully and able to respond rather than reacting.

Mr. Williams is president, former Executive Director, and one of the founders of Christian Counseling Associates, Inc. He is an active member in the Christian Association for Psychological Studies, of which he is a former International President and Eastern region Board member.
