Mary Ngugi, LGMFT


Mary grew up in Central Kenya and completed a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Acts Seminaries of Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Canada. She works with individuals,children starting age 9, adults, couples and families. She helps her clients deal with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and domestic abuse. Her approach is mostly eclectic with a Narrative Therapy framework.

Narrative therapy is a method of therapy that separates a person from their problem. It encourages people to rely on their own skills to minimize problems that exist in their lives.
